• Allows you to manage appliance information and warranties
• Provides local service provider search (Premium feature)
• Offers document and photo storage (Premium feature)

3. Account Registration

To use UPKEEPRO, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain false or misleading information.

4. Subscription Plans

Free Plan

The Free plan includes:

• 1 home profile
• Basic maintenance task reminders
• Appliance tracking
• Email notifications
• Downloadable maintenance history

Premium Plan

The Premium plan ($4.99/month) includes everything in Free, plus:

• Up to 3 home profiles
• 3 Provider searches per home / per month
• 2 Shop for products per home / per month
• Documentation and photo uploads

5. Payment Terms

For Premium subscriptions:

• Payment is due at the time of subscription
• Subscriptions automatically renew annually unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new Premium subscriptions
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to UPKEEPRO, including home information, photos, documents, and notes (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant UPKEEPRO a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights. You agree not to upload content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Containing malware or malicious code
• Violating the privacy of others

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use UPKEEPRO only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our service

• Google Places API: For address autocomplete and local provider searches
• Shopping Links: Links to external retailers are provided for convenience only; we have no affiliation with these retailers and receive no compensation

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

UPKEEPRO is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Maintenance recommendations will prevent all home repairs or issues
• Information provided by third-party services (providers, shopping links) is accurate
• The service will meet your specific requirements

UPKEEPRO provides general maintenance reminders and recommendations. We are not licensed contractors, and our suggestions do not constitute professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for major repairs or safety concerns.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UPKEEPRO and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Property damage or personal injury resulting from home maintenance (or lack thereof)
• Actions of third-party service providers found through our platform

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of UPKEEPRO shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UPKEEPRO and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content
• Your use of the service
• Your violation of any rights of a third party

12. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the service

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
